§ 1 Basic Provisions

1. These terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded with us, BOSS.BSS L.L.C., via our website [insert website URL]. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of your own terms is expressly rejected.
2. A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or partnership acting in the course of their trade, business, or profession.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract

1. The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
2. By listing a product on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract under the conditions stated in the product description.
3. The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
   • Goods intended for purchase are added to the “shopping cart.”
   • You can access and modify the cart at any time via the navigation bar.
   • After proceeding to “Checkout” and entering your personal, payment, and shipping details, an order summary is displayed.
   • Before submitting, you may review and amend the details or cancel the order.
   • By clicking “Order with Payment” (or similar), you accept the offer, and the contract is formed.
4. Inquiries for a custom offer are non-binding. We will provide a binding offer in writing (e.g., email), which you may accept within 5 days.
5. Order processing and communication occur via automated email. Ensure your provided email address is correct and accessible, and not blocked by SPAM filters.

§ 3 Right of Retention, Retention of Title

1. You may exercise a right of retention only for claims arising from the same contract.
2. Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

§ 4 Warranty

1. Statutory warranty rights apply.
2. As a consumer, you are requested to inspect the goods upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, or transport damage and notify us and the carrier promptly. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

§ 5 Choice of Law, Place of Performance, Jurisdiction

1. The law of the Republic of Kosovo governs this contract. For consumers, this applies only to the extent it does not deprive them of protections under mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence.
2. The place of performance and jurisdiction is our registered office in Pristina, Kosovo, unless you are a consumer. This applies to merchants, legal entities under public law, or if you lack a general jurisdiction in Kosovo or the EU.
