Right of Withdrawal – Precious Metals
Due to the specific nature of the products traded, we are legally obliged to inform you of your right of withdrawal.
Important notice:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the purchase of precious metals (such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium) whose prices are subject to significant fluctuations on the financial markets and over which the seller has no influence.
This exclusion applies because the value of precious metals can vary considerably within short periods of time, and any right of withdrawal could distort market integrity and pricing.
Exceptions:
If the ordered product is not subject to daily market price fluctuations (e.g., certain jewelry pieces or individually manufactured items), you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal:

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.
